How to use the Wine Guide

The Wine Guide is the reference page behind every wine — how it tastes, when to drink it, what critics and other members thought, and who made it. Open it from any wine.

You do not need to own the bottle. The guide works on anything in our catalogue, so you can read a wine up before you buy it. Open a wine you do not own and the guide is the page you land on.

  1. Open the wine — from your collection, from search, or from a review.
  2. Tap Wine Guide, beside Add at the bottom of the wine’s page.

On Android the button reads Wine guide. On app.invintory.com, click the bottle to open its panel, then click Wine guide.

Collection → tap a wine → Wine Guide

Sections only appear when we hold that information for the wine, so a well-documented Bordeaux shows more than an obscure bottling. The year at the top left switches vintage, and the page reloads for the year you pick.

Section What it tells you
