Free

Free is designed for someone building their collection with approximately 10-99 bottles. If you are looking for a platform to help keep track of what bottles you have and past wine experiences, Free is ideal for you.

Premium

Premium is the next step up and unlocks many additional features. It is built for collections with a fridge or simple wine wall with roughly 100-300 bottles.

The main difference between Premium and Free is that Premium will help you find the exact location of a specific bottle in your collection through our proprietary technology VinLocate. You recreate your fridge or wall row-by-row or bin-by-bin, assign your wines to slots, and VinLocate will show you visually where each bottle is.

Elite

Elite is our top-tier bespoke solution for the elite collector. It is ideal for someone with multiple wine walls or complete cellars, typically with 300+ bottles.

With Elite, we build you a completely custom, interactive, 3D rendering of your wine cellar, including all its unique details such as wooden cases, magnum bottles, and artwork. Elite can also integrate with temperature and humidity sensors and has advanced features.

Can I import my collection data from other platforms?

Yes! You can build your collection very quickly on InVintory by importing your data from another platform such as an excel spreadsheet, CellarTracker, or Vivino. We are not affiliated with CellarTracker or Vivino. Our team of sommeliers will then review your wines and match them to our database.

To upload an excel spreadsheet:

1. Download our template here.
2. Fill in your wine information.
3. Upload your updated spreadsheet here.

To migrate from CellarTracker:

1. Select CellarTracker from the options here and follow the steps listed.

To migrate from Vivino:

1. Log in to your Vivino account and locate 'Settings' under your profile.
2. Scroll down to the end of the page and click 'Start an export'.
3. Once the file is ready, click 'Download' (a .zip file will be downloaded).
4. Double click to open the zip file.
5. Open the folder and locate the 'cellar.csv' file.
6. Upload here.

Can I export my InVintory collection data?

Yes, you can export all the wines and data you add into InVintory to a CSV or PDF file. You can also filter your collection by certain fields (such as purchase price, region, etc.) and export that list.

Do you show market values?

Yes. InVintory pulls market data from Liv-ex and Wine Labs to value every bottle, shows how your collection's total value changes + over time, and helps you decide whether to drink, hold, or sell - before you pull the cork.

Do you show a bottle's ideal drink window?

Yes. All InVintory users are able to access ideal drink window data on any bottle in our database. We also allow you to adjust drink windows according to your preference. You can also filter your collection by a certain drink window and export all the applicable bottles.

Do you show critic reviews?

We display critic reviews for most commercially sold wines inside our Premium and Elite plans.

Do you have community reviews?

Yes. All InVintory users have the ability to see and leave reviews on any wine in our database. We encourage collectors to upvote reviews they find helpful.

Can I add private label wines to my collection?

Yes, you can add any wine to your InVintory collection, even if it's not a mass produced wine or if we don't have it yet in our database.

Can I share my InVintory subscription with a partner or wine manager?

Yes, if you’d like to share your collection with someone, you do not have to pay for two separate Premium or Elite accounts. Just add them as a collaborator to your account. You can have unlimited collaborators.

How does InVintory compare to CellarTracker?

Both CellarTracker and InVintory have good:

1) Functionality

Both have key functions of adding and removing bottles, as well as collection market value. InVintory has a ton of functions, like an AI wine assistant, custom lists, cellar analytics (see what you've spent, a breakdown of your collection, etc.), delivery reminders, account collaborators, custom tags and filter to organize your bottles, and more.

2) Pricing

Both InVintory and CellarTracker have free and paid options. A CellarTracker subscription (which unlocks all features) correlates to the number of bottles you are tracking: $40/year for 100 bottles, $60/year for 250 bottles, $80/year for 500 bottles, $160/year for 1,000 bottles, $320/year for 2,500 bottles, $500/year for 2,500+ bottles. At InVintory, we let you enter unlimited bottles regardless of your tier, and gate select features (such as our 3D proprietary bottle finding technology) for paid members. Premium is $149.99/year. Do you support spirits?

While our app is optimized for wine collecting, many of our collectors have added spirit (whiskey, scotch, bourbon, tequila, etc.) data into our database. Therefore you will find many spirits available in our database to add to your InVintory collection, and can even submit any we don't have for our team to review. Please know we are working on officially expanding this feature in the future.
