The AI sommelier that knows your cellar

Vincent is InVintory's AI wine assistant. Unlike generic AI wine apps, he recommends bottles from the collection you actually own — matched to your meal, your guests, and each wine's ideal drink window. He reads restaurant wine lists, and can even manage your cellar for you.

    What can Vincent do?

    Pair tonight's dinner

Tell Vincent what you're cooking and he'll suggest the best match from the bottles you already own — with the reasoning behind the pairing.

Pick a bottle for the moment

Hosting close friends? Celebrating? Just a Tuesday? Vincent reads the occasion and recommends a wine from your cellar that fits it.

    Read any restaurant wine list

At a restaurant? Vincent reads the wine list and recommends what to order — matched to your meal, your taste, and your budget.

    Manage your cellar for you

Vincent isn't just advice. He can manage your cellar for you — keeping your collection organized and up to date without the manual work.

    Know your own collection better

Ask about any bottle you own — tasting profile, food pairings, producer background — and get answers grounded in a sommelier-managed database of 1.5 million+ wines.

    Open wines at their peak

Vincent knows each bottle's ideal drink window, so his suggestions steer you toward wines that are ready now — not ones that need five more years.

Not another generic AI wine app

Most AI sommelier apps answer wine questions in a vacuum. Vincent answers them from inside your cellar.

    He knows your cellar

Generic AI wine apps recommend wines you'd have to go buy. Vincent recommends from the bottles you actually own, because he's built into your InVintory collection.

    Grounded in real wine data

Vincent draws on InVintory's database of 1.5 million+ wines — tasting notes, food pairings, critic scores, and ideal drink windows — not just general internet knowledge.

    Part of a complete platform

Vincent lives inside the wine cellar app rated 4.8 stars by 4,000+ collectors — alongside 3D cellar mapping, market values, and drink-window alerts.

    AI sommelier questions

    What is an AI sommelier?

An AI sommelier is a digital assistant that gives wine recommendations and pairing advice the way a restaurant sommelier would. Vincent, InVintory's AI sommelier, goes a step further: he's connected to your own wine collection, so his recommendations come from bottles you already own, informed by their tasting profiles, drink windows, and your collecting history.

How is Vincent different from asking ChatGPT for wine advice?

A general-purpose chatbot doesn't know what's in your cellar. Vincent does — he sees your actual inventory inside InVintory and pairs it with a sommelier-managed database of 1.5 million+ wines, including tasting notes, food pairings, and ideal drink windows. So instead of "a Barolo would pair nicely," you get "open your 2016 Produttori del Barbaresco — it's in its drinking window and suits braised short ribs."

    Is Vincent included with InVintory?

Vincent is part of InVintory Premium, which costs $14.95 a month or $149.99 a year and comes with a 14-day free trial. The InVintory app itself is free to download with unlimited bottle tracking.

    Does Vincent suggest food pairings?

Yes. Every recommendation comes with food-pairing guidance, and you can work in either direction: start from a dish and find the bottle, or start from a bottle and ask what to serve with it.

Can Vincent help me order wine at a restaurant?

Yes. Vincent reads restaurant wine lists and recommends what to order, taking into account what you're eating and the wines you already know you love from your own collection.

Can Vincent manage my cellar for me?

Yes. Beyond recommendations, Vincent can manage your cellar for you — keeping your InVintory collection organized and current so the bookkeeping side of collecting takes care of itself.
